per person

The tour begins with a visit to the Administration Plaza: we will pass by the Municipal Palace, the Governor’s Offices, the monument to Mariscal Sucre, the Cathedral, and end up in Seminary Park, also known as the Park of the Iguanas. Then, we will walk along the length of the Malecón 2000, or the city’s boardwork along the banks of the Guayas River. We will visit the Integration Plaza, the Glass Palace, and Olmedo Plaza, where a monument to the illustrious poet and former president of the Republic José Joaquín de Olmedo can be seen.

Next, we’ll visit the Moorish Tower and its plaza, where we will see monuments to Simón Bolívar and San Martín. We will pass through the Boardwalk Gardens, where a variety of plants such as teak, guaba, mango, ferns and ticus thrive. We will also visit the colorful barrio of Las Peñas, famous for its wooden architecture and art galleries. From the Fort of Santa Ana we’ll appreciate a beautiful panoramic view of Guayaquil and the Guayas River.
